After your registration, we immediately look for a suitable tutor for the subject your child needs support with, such as math tutoring, English tutoring, or homework support. The selected tutor will personally contact you to schedule a no-obligation trial lesson.

During this first session, the student can experience whether there is a good connection and whether our online tutoring approach suits their needs.

What is the difference between online tutoring and in-person tutoring?

At Bright Panda, you can choose between online tutoring and in-person tutoring.

Online tutoring: Takes place via video meetings using digital tools that allow explanations, exercises, and practice questions to be handled smoothly. Online tutoring is flexible, effective, and ideal for math support, language subjects, and exam preparation.

In-person tutoring: A tutor comes to your home, school, or a central location such as a library. This option is ideal for students who learn better in a physical learning environment.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. After the first three months, all our tutoring subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.

This applies to both online tutoring and in-person tutoring, regardless of subject or level (VMBO, HAVO, or VWO).

Our tutors are carefully selected based on knowledge, experience, and teaching skills.

They are studying or have graduated from a university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO). They are chosen for their ability to explain subjects in a calm, clear, and structured way.

What if my child does not feel a good connection with the tutor?
