What is the difference between online tutoring and tutoring at home?

You can choose between online tutoring or in-person tutoring with us. With in-person tutoring, the tutor comes to your home, but it can also be at a central location such as the library or school. Online tutoring takes place via online meetings, using handy tools to make the tutoring just as smooth as in-person sessions.

Which subjects do you offer?

We offer all subjects that are taught in secondary school. From Spanish to Mathematics. Upon request, we can also offer subjects outside of secondary school and assist primary school students.

What if my child does not have a connection with the tutor?

If there is no connection between the tutor and the student, we offer another free trial lesson with a new tutor.

How does the free trial lesson work?

At Bright Panda, you can always start with a free trial tutoring session.

After your registration, we immediately look for a suitable tutor for the subject your child needs support with, such as math tutoring, English tutoring, or homework support. The selected tutor will personally contact you to schedule a no-obligation trial lesson.

During this first session, the student can experience whether there is a good connection and whether our online tutoring approach suits their needs.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. After the first three months, all our tutoring subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.

This applies to both online tutoring and in-person tutoring, regardless of subject or level (VMBO, HAVO, or VWO).

How are tutors selected?

Our tutors are carefully selected based on knowledge, experience, and teaching skills.

They are studying or have graduated from a university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO). They are chosen for their ability to explain subjects in a calm, clear, and structured way.

This allows us to guarantee high-quality math tutoring, English tutoring, economics support, and guidance in all other subjects.

What if my child does not feel a good connection with the tutor?

A good connection between student and tutor is essential. If it turns out that the match is not ideal, we offer a new free trial lesson with another tutor at no extra cost - for any subject, from mathematics to English.
